Installation Instructions for the 9400 Device:
| - | Before you procede, make sure that you have synced your latest data saved on the 9400 over to the Desktop version of SupaScale. |
| - | Make a backup of your data in SupaScale Desktop version, and save the backup to a CD-R. Once your data has been lost you cannot retrieve it, and we cannot be held responsible for loss of data. |
| - | Set up a sync Partnership with your Cipherlab 9400 device. |
| - | Win XP uses Active Sync / Win Vista uses Mobile device centre. You can download these from the link above if not allready installed on your PC. |
| - | Make sure that Supascale is not running on the 9400. |
| - | Copy the SupaScale 9400 installer from the link above to your PC. |
| - | Cradle the 9400 and connect the cradle with the cable supplied to a USB port on your PC. |
| - | On the 9400 go to START > SETTINGS > CONTROL PANEL > REMOVE PROGRAMS. Uninstall the SupaScale application from the 9400. Please note that any new unsaved data on the 9400 will be lost once this is done. Thus make sure (as mentioned above) that you have synced once with SupaScale before upgrading. |
| - | Run the SupaScale 9400 Installer on your PC, and the installer will copy the files to the 9400. Follow the instructions to complete the installation on the 9400. |
| - | Now you have completed your installation on the 9400. Make sure that you are running both the latest desktop, and 9400 version. See the links above for the latest versions. |
Installing SupaScale on a Pocket PC or a Pocket PC enabled Phone:
| - | Before you procede, make sure that you have synced your latest data saved on the Pocket PC over to the Desktop version of SupaScale. |
| - | Make a backup of your data in SupaScale Desktop version, and save the backup to a CD-R. Once your data has been lost you cannot retreive it, and we cannot be held responsible for loss of data. |

Installing SupaScale on your PC
| - | Before you procede, make sure that you have synced your latest data saved on the HandHeld Device over to the Desktop version of SupaScale. |
| - | Download SupaScale PC (desktop / laptop) Installer, form the link above and save it to your PC. |
| - | Uninstall the previous version of SupaScale, by going to START > CONTROL PANEL > ADD REMOVE PROGRAMS in XP, and START > CONTROL PANEL > PROGRAMS AND FEATURES in Win Vista, and Uninstall SupaScale |
| - | While in the Control Panel, go to the Firebird Icon, double click on it, and write down the version. Check that the version corresponds to the current one indicated in the link above. If not, then go to ADD REMOVE PROGRAMS or PROGRAMS AND FEATURES and uninstall Firebird too. |
| - | Run the SupaScale PC installer. If you have uninstalled Firebird, please wait for Firebird to completely install before pressing the Finish button of the installer program. |
